We have received several phone calls about another active scammer targeting PPEC members. The caller is saying members have a credit/overpayment on their account and that need to press a button and stay on the line to get their money.
Members will be receiving Capital Credits on this month's bill and this is an automatic process that will show on your December bill. Members do not have to do anything to receive it. Learn more about this process here: https://ppec.coop/capital-credits
PPEC will NOT call you and ask for any financial information over the phone.
